LASER Cutting

Our production laser cutting is powered by a TRUMPF 6kW TruLaser 1030 fiber laser with a 5’ x 10’ bed and fully automated loading & unloading. This system delivers high-quality, scratch-free parts and reliable throughput for OEM part manufacturing.

Capabilities:

  • Optimal cut range: 20GA - 1/4” steel, stainless, aluminum

  • Maximum capacity (project dependent): up to 1”

  • Automated material handling for speed + surface protection

  • Tight tolerances and clean edge quality

Forming / Bending

We provide precise sheet metal forming and bending to prepare parts for assembly or integration into your production line.
